053 has been in the database for a while, but I can finally confirm its location. Saved from the crusher, the vehicle was later on-sold by its previous owner and is now undergoing restoration in Melbourne.
The bonus with this one is that I’ve been able to obtain a photocopy of the original HSV press release for the model, which I’ll upload shortly.
